Oxford Properties Group (“Oxford”), a leading global real estate investor, asset manager and business builder, has completed its acquisition of M7 Real Estate (“M7”), having received all regulatory approvals.
When was M7 started?
M7 was established in 2009, initially focussing on the UK regional multi-tenanted light industrial sector. From the start, our key focus was on efficient and accurate data management. Following the global financial crisis, we created a number of JVs to capitalise on the opportunities that arose.
