The Voices is a film about Jerry (played by Ryan Reynolds) who has been diagnosed with schizophrenia. At the beginning of the movie you wouldn’t immediately think anything was wrong with Jerry. He’s a little weird, awkward and has a tough time picking up social cues or body language.
What happened at the end of The Voices?
Terrified, Fiona runs off into the woods. Jerry chases her, still carrying the knife, and tries to explain, but ends up tripping over Fiona, and accidentally stabbing her. Jerry tearfully apologizes for hurting her and says that he loves her. To end her pain, Jerry stabs her again, and she dies.
