How do you incorporate flowers into clothing?
Sewing, wiring and gluing are all acceptable methods to attach flowers. I recommend using greenery with pliable stems and waxy leaves such as ferns, eucalyptus, myrtle, and jasmine. Just make sure the type of greenery used will form easily into shape, and keep fairly well out of water while being worn.

Are floral ties good?
A floral tie is an ideal way to make a style statement without outshining the groom. In fact, this is a great time to play around with florals and wear them in a variety of ways. If you don’t opt for a necktie, you can always try a floral bow tie or go a little more subtle with a pocket square!
How do you put fake leaves on clothes?
Using a hot glue gun, place a small drop of glue on the stem portion of each leaf and press gently to the dress to secure. Hold your finger in place for five to 10 seconds to ensure the leaf has adhered to the fabric. Remove the pin after you are certain the leaf is secure.
What is a Raceme flower?
In a raceme a flower develops at the upper angle (axil) between the stem and branch of each leaf along a long, unbranched axis. Each flower is borne on a short stalk, called a pedicel. An example of a raceme is found in the snapdragon (Antirrhinum majus).
Is it better to press or dry flowers?
Unlike drying, pressing flowers does not preserve their natural shape, but leaves them paper-thin, instead. We recommend pressing flowers, if you want to use them in a decoupage project, include them in a keepsake scrapbook or photo album, or display them in a botanical frame.
