Are Skyline Luge tickets from Klook any good?

I have booked skyline luge tickets from klook a few times. Always good deals. However, the exchange tickets on 13 Dec 2020 ( Sun) at Sentosa is the only time very terrible. Many people were there for the rides. We reached at 12.30pm, but the entrance is closed.
