To claim missing points for travel on eligible flights within the past 12 months, simply login to My Account. Be sure to have your flight details handy – they can be found on your e-ticket or boarding pass. Please note, reviewing the claim can take up to 24 hours for Qantas flights and 14 days for partner airlines.

Qantas points expire after 18 months of inactivity. So long as you’ve registered some form of activity in the last 18 months, your Qantas points are protected from expiry. The clock starts ticking from the date of your last activity until it is reset by subsequent activity.
Do QFF points expire?
Yes, your Qantas Frequent Flyer points will expire if you have no activity on your account for 18 months. Per the Qantas information page: “To ensure you keep your Qantas Points from expiring, you’ll need to earn or use Qantas Points through your account at least once every 18 months.”

The first eligible entrant drawn in each of the four weekly draws will win 250,000 Qantas Frequent Flyer Points (Prize Winner).
