There is public parking available at Metricon Stadium on non event days. Public are advised to park in the Red Car Park (in front of the indoor sports centre) and enter using the intercom at the Gate 6 Service Entry.

Yes you can and there is an undercover area. Translink website says this: “Please note: A vehicle may be parked at a park ‘n’ ride from first until last service. If a vehicle is parked longer than this, staff will alert relevant authorities regarding the unattended vehicle.”

The stadium had no naming rights sponsor in its formative decades. On 15th March 2011, home builder group Metricon signed a $3 million, 5-year deal for the naming rights of the Carrera Stadium to be named as the Metricon Stadium.
