Adult & childn >10 yr 10-20 drops in the evening, 4-10 yr 5-10 drops in the evening. May be taken with or without food. Patients w/ ileus intestinal obstruction, acute surgical or abdominal conditions eg, acute appendicitis, acute inflammatory bowel disease & severe dehydration. Long-term use or very high doses.
