Can you join 6mm cable with a junction box?
technically you can’t really re-join the cable as any joint box needs to be accessible, which to my mind, is not going to be in your case. You could crimp it I suppose but you need the right tools for the job or just get spark to do it.

A solder join – wires twisted together (not so good). Twisting the wires together and soldering is often the best method, but there are two ways of doing this.
