How do you change your name on JustGiving page?
You can update the name and postal address on your account whenever you like. Just log into your account and click on ‘Your Details’, or on ‘Your Account’ in the drop down menu in the top right. Click on ‘Edit’ next to whichever section you want to edit and make the changes you need.

- Please select the Crowdfunding page you would like to edit.

How do I organize my JustGiving page?
To set up a shared page, just follow these steps:
- Log in to your JustGiving account, if you don’t have an account you’ll be prompted to set one up.
- Click on ‘Start Fundraising’ at the top of the page and search for the cause you want to support.
- Let us know what you’re doing to raise money.
How do I increase my JustGiving target?
On average, people who hit their target do so after just six days, which leaves plenty of time to raise as much as possible. If you hit your target mid-way through the project, increase your target and then add an update to let people know how the extra funds will be spent.
Is JustGiving anonymous?
Popular donation questions / How can I donate anonymously or hide the donation amount? Just leave the box blank that says ‘Your name (optional)’. This is in the second step of the donation process. To hide your donation amount from the page, make sure to tick the box next to ‘Hide donation amount from public view’.
How long does my JustGiving page stay open?
Pages are automatically set to run for 120 days but you can edit this by visiting the ‘Page settings’ tab – the minimum page duration is 30 days, but you can also extend your page so that it’s live for up to one year.
Can you edit a donation on JustGiving?
To edit your donation, you can head here and search for your donation using your email address and the donation reference (excluding “D”). Please be advised that this could take a few minutes to update on the fundraising page. Alternatively, you could contact us directly to get your message changed or removed.
How do I delete a fundraising page on JustGiving?
To cancel your page:
- Log into JustGiving and visit your Crowdfunding page.
- Click on the ‘Edit’ tab at the top left corner of your page.
- Scroll to the bottom where you’ll see the option to delete your page.
Can you have 2 JustGiving pages?
Unfortunately we’re unable to split donations from one Fundraising page to multiple charities.
What happens if you don’t reach your JustGiving target?
If you don’t hit your target you’ll still receive any funds you raised (minus our small fees), so you can still make good things happen! If you raise less than you intended you’ll just have to rethink the scope of your project, or find a way to raise the additional money you need.
