Join the virtual lobby a few minutes before the release item is available to buy. When the release drops, the waiting room will open. You will then enter the line. If it’s your turn to buy (meaning the release item is in your cart), then you have 5 minutes to check out.

Being put on the wait list typically means you were not selected to receive the item you submitted a reservation request for. However, if the item becomes available you will be notified within 4 hours of receiving the wait list notification.
