How do you qualify for Nike Cross Regionals?
IN ORDER TO COMPETE IN NIKE CROSS REGIONALS YOU MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE NCAA, ON TRACK TO GRADUATE PER YOUR HIGH SCHOOL’S GUIDELINES AND HAVE NOT BEEN DISMISSED FROM YOUR CLUB FOR DISCIPLINARY REASONS.

THERE IS NO FORMAL INVITATION. ALL CLUBS/INDIVIDUALS ARE WELCOME TO COMPETE AND MUST REGISTER FOR THE NXR CHAMPIONSHIP RACE. CLUBS/INDIVIDUALS WILL THEN BE SEEDED INTO THE APPROPRIATE RACE. WHEN WILL CLUBS BE NOTIFIED ABOUT ENTRY INTO THE CHAMPIONSHIP SECTION?

Overview. The Nike Cross Regional (NXR) for the Heartland region is held in Sioux Falls, South Dakota on Sunday, November 10th. This is a fun trip that gives the athletes a chance to compete against runners of all levels from the entire Heartland region (KS, NE, IA, SD, ND, MN, WI).
