How do I access My O2 account?
To sign in, visit My O2 or open the app and enter your username and password. On the website, ticking ‘Remember my username’ will help you sign in faster next time. To reset your details, click on ‘Forgotten your username or password?’ and follow the instructions.
How do I add another number to My O2 account?
Yes, just login with your current account and purchase a new phone. Make sure you don’t upgrade though. You need a new contract. Or, if you already have another just use the option to “Bring in other products” on the Home page of your MyO2.
How do I give O2 my PAC code online?
You can give us your PAC code when you order your new O2 connection or at any time afterwards.

Where is account summary on O2?
To view your latest bill, use the My O2 app or sign in to My O2. If you’d like to download your bill, you can do this on the My O2 website but not the app. Once you sign in, you’ll see a summary of your bill and payment date on the left-hand side.
Can I add another number to My O2 app?
Yes you can do this via My O2. There is a section called Bring In Products and you can add his to you account. If you have problems doing this, than call O2 to sort it out for you.
Can you have 2 phones on one O2 account?
Extra devices can be added to your sharer plan at any time. And you can have more than one lead device too. All mobiles or tablets using a shared data allowance need to be on one of our Pay Monthly contracts – sharer plans are not available for Pay As You Go or Business devices.
How do I transfer my PAC Code to a new phone?
Steps to transfer your current number to your new network
- 1) Call or text your provider to get a PAC Code.
- 2) Get in touch with your new network and give them your PAC.
- 3) Check the number transfer has been successful.
What does a phone bill show?
If you have detailed billing, your bill may include sections that outline the calls (voice), texts and picture/video messaging usage for each line of service. Each call or message made or received is detailed by date, time, duration, type, to/from number and charge.
