Which Gripmaster should I get?
Which model is right for me? If you have small to average size hands we recommend the VIA or Gripmaster models. If you have large hands the PRO model would be the better choice for you. Our Rehab model is great for those who have arthritis or are recovering from a hand injury.

GRIPMASTER is our signature model. It is ideal for any athlete or musician wanting to develop hand strength, dexterity and endurance. GRIPMASTER isolates and strengthens each finger using spring-loaded finger piston technology. Quickly builds hand, wrist and forearm strength.
How do you use a Gripmaster guitar?
Exercises. The first few exercise I’ll show use the Grip Master. For the first one, you hold the Grip Master in your hand, place the tips of your fingers on the keys, and press repeatedly with each finger. I would just do enough reps with a finger until that finger felt tired, and then move on to the next finger.
How do you use Varigrip?
Hold each position for 3-5 seconds and relax. Repeat 5 or 10 times. Over time, increase to 3 sets of 10 (30 repetitions total). When graduating to a higher resistance level, begin again with 5-10 repetitions and build slowly, increasing repetitions steadily and cautiously.
Do grippers build forearms?
Grippers are a great way to build your forearm size and strength and offer a unique stimulus compared to other exercises. Lifters should look to use a full range of motion with maximal force and incorporate varying protocols such as drop sets, eccentrics, and isometrics.
How often should you do hand grip exercises?
Avoid Over-Training: Although our hand grippers are difficult to put down, we only advise training two to three times per week. If you’re hurting, take a week off. You’ll be pleasantly surprised to find you’ll be stronger after taking time to heal.
