What camera compares to Leica?
The Canonet wins hands down when it comes to affordability, but pales in comparison to the versatility of Leica Rangefinders. While totally subjective, the great equalizer of these two cameras is the quality of images they produce.

Leica has taken what could have very likely been a hodgepodge and made something easy and fun to use. Akin to what the M team was able to accomplish with the M10, the CL isn’t overloaded with buttons.

Size and weight – the Leica CL is both smaller and lighter (365g) than a Leica M camera. The Leica M3 is one of the heaviest (580g) Leica M film cameras. The M4P is lighter (520g) if you prefer an M camera to the CL.
