After stumbling upon a photo of the Devon cliffs at Ladram Bay, my friend Sophie and I decided to set out on a mission: to find these beautiful cliffs. The cliffs are hidden next to a private beach at Ladram Bay Holiday Park.
Who owns Ladram Bay Holiday Park?
Stepping up to receive one of the top trophies in the Holiday Park of the Year category was Ladram Bay director Zoe House whose family has owned the park since 1943.
Can you access Ladram Bay?
The beach is popular for watersports and swimming, but there is no lifeguard service. Behind the beach is Ladram Bay Holiday Park where you will find a restaurant and public toilets by the “Three Rocks Entertainment Centre”, as well as limited parking. The beach is easily accessed via a slipway.

Can you swim at Branscombe beach?
Yes, though no lifeguards, as very remote, some sandy parts but mainly shingle, enjoy, great location. over a year ago. Yes ,shelves fairly quickly so not learning to swim people,but there were people in the water and children close to the shore they launch inflatables to.
Can you swim in the sea at Sidmouth?
Sidmouth usually has calm seas, with little surf during good weather, thanks to groynes along the shoreline. Therefore a swim here is gentle and relaxing, with no big waves or surfers. There are two Brend hotels in Sidmouth, both opposite the main beach and with sea views.
