Parking charges apply to non-members. Parking free for members. The upper car park contains 15 spaces and two disabled spaces. When more parking is required, visitors can use the castle’s lower car park, which has ample space available.

“St Mawes has a wonderful community spirit, it’s very clean and there are always lots of events held here, particularly in the summer. Of course it’s also very beautiful. It’s a great place for boat trips and there is a regular ferry to Falmouth and a boat that goes up as far as Truro.
Is parking free at Pendennis Castle?
There is no parking charge. Disabled parking in castle grounds, (signposted against the one way flow on Castle Drive). Disabled visitors may be set down at the keep entrance before parking in the disabled parking bays behind the Royal Garrison Artillery Barracks.
