How do you make a varkid morph?
Basically what you need to do is run around and kite a group of Varkids (draw aggression but don’t kill) until they grow into morph pods. Do not kill the varkids or pods. Since you need a large number of Varkids, I recommend Tundra Express; it has more Varkids than Caustic Caverns and there are less non-varkid enemies.

Tips: Spend about 3 to 5 minutes in tundra express running around the Varkid fields. Your eventually gonna start turning around and knifing the Larva Varkids one at a time. Eventually one or two will turn into adults.

Areas in which large numbers of varkids are found are ideal for getting Vermivorous to spawn. Varkids can be found in abundance within the Caustic Caverns and the Tundra Express – Farmhouse, both of them with convenient Fast Travel stations near the varkid spawn areas.

Based on this forum post and personal experience, Vermivorous cannot spawn on normal mode. According to the description in the video below, he’ll spawn at level 42 in playthrough 2 and 53 in 2.5.

Go to caustic Caverns. Use the vending machines to top off your ammo supplies. Run around the first area with the dump truck until all varkids spawn. Wait for them to evolve and kill all of those that don’t (this allows more of them to spawn from their hives).
Does Hyperius drop Seraph crystals?
