Is Zim a Irken?
Zim is an Irken Defective; due to “forty schmillion” errors in his PAK (“The Trial”), he is not programmed like the other Irkens. However, even then he is still extremely militaristic and feels a need to conquer. Irkens are born in cloning facilities deep under Irk’s surface, and have their PAK installed seconds after.
What happened to the Irken Armada?
Following the conquest and planetary conversion of Blorch, a sizable portion of the Armada was wiped out by the planet Mars, which had been converted into a vehicle by its extinct native inhabitants, and left running through the universe by Zim (“Battle of the Planets”).
Is Zim shortest Irken?
However, even though Zim is called short by the Almighty Tallest, he is not actually much shorter than the other Invaders, and is around the same size as Invader Skoodge. When a Tallest is killed or incapacitated, the Control Brains will choose the next tallest Irken to take their place.

Ironically, Tallest Red and Purple would’ve indirectly caused the Irken Empire’s downfall since their hatred of Zim is what led to Invader Tenn’s mission to be exposed to the Meekrob, who are the Irkens most powerful enemies.
How are Irkens born?
The process in which Irken smeets are produced is never fully specified, but it is widely presumed that it is a process similar or identical to cloning. Many fans assume that the Control Brains assist in the operation of the facilities in which smeets are made, but it has never been confirmed in canon.
What happened to Tak Invader Zim?
It’s currently unknown what happened to Tak afterwards, but it’s likely that she is either stranded on some planet, was killed if the escape pod crashed or is just waiting to strike back against Zim again.

Do Irkens have hearts?
Jhonen Vasquez has gone on record to confirm that Irkens have no reproductive organs. The Irken race does have two separate genders, but the differences, as far as can be seen, are purely cosmetic. Males have straight antennae with a single kink at the end, while females have curled antennae and eyelashes.
Who are zims parents?
The Roboparents are Zim’s robotic “parent” decoys, which he uses to appear more human (as Irkens do not appear to have actual families in the animated series).
