What is Readlive?
Read Live is a web-based intervention that applies the research-based Read Naturally Strategy to accelerate reading achievement. Visual and auditory prompts guide students through the motivating steps to develop fluency and phonics skills, support comprehension, and improve vocabulary.
How do you put students in Read live?
To place students online: Either: Log into the Staff Member Module. From the navigation menu, select Read Naturally Live, and then click the Place button for the student you need to place. Have the student (who has not been placed) log in to the Student Module.
Can read naturally be used at home?
Parents have also implemented our highly successful subscription-based program, Read Naturally Live, at home. This program is typically used in schools. Students work mostly independently, but teacher support is crucial.
How do you determine your natural reading level?
Placement in an appropriate Read Naturally level is based on the student’s fluency performance on passages in the placement test. The placement passages closely align to the passages in each level.

In Read Naturally Strategy programs, the student reads along while listening to a carefully-paced recording of a fluent reader. Repeated Reading: A student reads the story multiple times. Repeated reading helps a student master difficult words, increase accuracy, and improve expression to become a fluent reader.

What is a live read at LACMA?
Live Read. Live Read was a monthly live staged reading of a film script and a part of the Film Independent at LACMA film series at the Bing Theater directed by Jason Reitman and hosted by Elvis Mitchell from 2011 to 2016.
