Adnams Ghost Ship was a great deal fruitier than I was guessing (with a name like ‘Ghost Ship’, I was half expecting it to smell like the sea), with a zesty aroma of peach and mango. It had a slightly fruity taste, too – a hint of grapefruit, I would say, and a sweet caramel, biscuity finish.
