The difference is the 351 uses larger head bolts than the 302. You can use 351 heads on a 302 by using reducers but you cant use the 302 heads on the 351 unless you have them drilled out for the larger bolts. You can’t use the 302 intake on the 351. The 351 is roughly one inch wider up there.
