When choosing to destroy Far Harbor, one can optionally give the nuclear launch key to High Confessor Tektus. Note that, by doing this, the player character can’t go back and destroy the Nucleus as well, should they desire so. Tektus will praise them, but then urge them to destroy Far Harbor.
What happens if you side with children of atom?
Siding with Children of Atom gives you the Crusader of Atom Perk which grants more damage the higher your Rads. The Wind Turbine Kill Switch disables Far Harbor’s power, stopping their Fog Condensers and allowing the fog to overtake the town.

If you pass a charisma check you can convince Tektus to leave for good, otherwise you have to use more permanent methods. If you do kill him, don’t forget to use the prompt and stash him in the wall cavity. When the deed is done, it’s time to go back to Acadia again.

If you tell DiMA you will keep his secret, this new branch will open up, revealing the ending with the least bloodshed. The plan is to take the Children of Atom’s leader, High Confessor Tektus, and replace him with a replicant that will convince the faction to work towards peace with Far Harbor.
Can you nuke Far Harbor?
Launching with the High Confessor’s permission. Convince the High Confessor that Atom sent you and the true path to The Division, to Him, is to launch the nuke. Use the launch terminal to start the countdown sequence and escape The Nucleus before the nuke detonates.
What happens if you nuke Far Harbor?
Detonating the nuke with the High Confessor’s permission will complete Cleansing the Land and fail Reformation. Additionally, you will receive the Far Harbor Survivalist perk, which grants you a bonus to all damage resistance types.
What happens if you convince Tektus to run away?
There is no penalty for killing Tektus after convincing him to flee. The player character can inform DiMa that they convinced Tektus to flee but he will accept the results anyway. Witch Hunt is no longer available after telling High Confessor Tektus about the fake holotape.
