Do universities accept lower grades in clearing?
Most universities that have course vacancies during Clearing will be prepared to accept you if your grades are below their entry requirements as long as you sound passionate and are right for the degree subject. They may also accept you based on the UCAS points you’ve accumulated rather than you final grades.
How do you qualify for clearing?
It’s available to anyone who has made a UCAS Undergraduate application and doesn’t hold any offers. Running from 5 July to mid-September, you’ll be eligible for Clearing if: you apply after 30 June. you are not holding any offers from universities or colleges you’ve applied to.
Can I go to uni through clearing?

Can clearing reject?
The good news is that if you were originally rejected from a university/university course, clearing does offer you a chance to apply again. However, one thing to be mindful of is if you have declined an offer, you can’t then apply through clearing to that university/university course.

When does Clearing open? Clearing is open from Monday 5 July to Tuesday 19 October 2021. You can’t enter Clearing until you have your grades.
Which unis are not doing clearing?
