Can you switch between families Sims 3?
First, save your game then click ‘…’ to access the game menu. From there, click Edit Town. At the top of the left menu, you can choose to Change Active Household then pick a house, or select a house with Sims already living there and use the menu as pictured above to select Switch to this Household.
Can you have multiple families in the Sims?
You can create a new family from within the game. Either choose the lot you want the family to live and create a new family from the menu there (I’ll add pics later if you don’t find it) or click on the icon with the two people in the upper right corner on map view and create a new family from the household manager.

How do you buy more land on Sims 3?
You click on the same icon where you can get the buildings and decorations as well. The rightmost icon in this menu is the “Land Expansions” icon where you can buy more land. Hope that helps!
How do you play just one Sim in your household?
Then choose “Game Options” from the list. Then from that screen on the left side choose “Gameplay”. On the Gameplay screen there will be an “Autonomy” section that should say either “Full” or “Off” on it. Click on that to change it.
Will unplayed Sims have babies?
With MC Command Center and the pregnancy module for it unplayed sims can get married and have children all on their own.
How many Sims can you have on one lot?
You have a limit of 8 (eight) Sims on your lot. While you’re playing it, you can have as many or as few beds as you want. However, if you have a marriage or you move your Sim in with another family, you’ll need enough beds for everyone in the house you’re leaving behind. The game won’t let you make the move otherwise.
Can you have more than 8 Sims in a household Sims 4?
After that, just head over into the game and check the “Script Mods Allowed” option, which can be located in the “Settings > Other”. And you’re all done! This Sims 4 mod lets you have up to 24 Sims in one house, which is your new household limit.
