Does Cold Stone ice cream have gluten?
Do Cold Stone Creamery products contain gluten? Cake Batter®, Cinnamon Bun, Cookie Dough, and Oatmeal Cookie Batter ice creams do contain gluten. Additionally, any candies that have a flour component to them also contain gluten.

Are ice cream cakes gluten-free?
Most of our ice creams are gluten-free. However, the chocolate crunchies that are found in our ice cream cakes are not gluten-free. Any of our Carvel retail stores will be happy to substitute the crunchies for fudge or sprinkles to make the cakes gluten-friendly.

Caramel is typically gluten-free. Caramel is usually made from a mixture of sugar, water, vanilla, milk and salt, therefore it would contain no gluten.
