How long does DX delivery take UK?
Time of delivery is usually, but not exclusively, by 18:00 on the working day immediately following the weekday of collection. A working day is defined as Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

No. Packages can be sent using our DX2Home service or letters by our Secure Post service, if chosen by the sender, which means our driver will confirm delivery without the recipient having to sign.

A signature is required for all deliveries, with a valid form of identification. Valid forms of identification are: passport, UK driving licence, national ID card, credit / debit card or utility bills. Where delivering to a business premises a valid security ID for the business or building will also be accepted.
What happens if I miss my DX delivery?
In the event that a DX Courier (B2B) package cannot be delivered to its destination for whatever reason, DX will leave a calling card and try to deliver it again the next working day, after which it will be held at a DX Service Centre for five working days.
