Can you pick your roomate at GSU?
After you select or are matched with your roommate, you’ll receive your time for room selection. Only ONE roommate needs to select the room. If you don’t choose a roommate, you’ll select a room and be placed with roommates who also selected that room.

What happens if you fail a class at gsu?
A student may receive aid when repeating a course that was previously failed (received a 0.0 or No pass), regardless of the number of times the course was attempted and failed. A student may receive aid to repeat a previously passed course one additional time.
Can freshmen have cars at Georgia State University?
Students are required to register their vehicle in the Georgia State Parking System before receiving an annual permit. An annual permit is required for all students that park on any GSU campus.
Are Georgia State dorms coed?
Yes. Only those students who choose to live in GIH will be placed with in with other students wanting GIH. All other students who apply for housing will be assigned to a space based on the biological sex that is listed in Banner (the university’s information database).
