What is capture the cone?
The goal of the game is for players to capture the other team’s cones and bring them to their own side. If a player goes onto the opponents side to try to capture a cone and is tagged they must sit down wherever they were tagged. A player can be rescued if a teammate comes by and tags them.
What do you need for capture the flag?
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Any large outdoor area.
- 10 or more people.
- Two brightly colored “flags.” These can be almost anything — a neckerchief, Frisbee or ball, for example.
- Rope to divide the playing field.
- Hula-Hoop, cones, rope or some other markers for “jail” areas.
