Windows RT devices, such as Surface RT, come with Office Home and Student 2013, which you can use with Office 365. Office Home and Student 2013 includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. Since you can only install apps from the Microsoft Store on your Windows RT device, you cannot install the version of Office that comes with Microsoft 365.
