We got views of the volcano from 4 different vantage points: Jack Boy Hill which was overlooking the old airport until it was recently completely buried just before we arrived. A better view is from the Montserrat Volcano Observatory, which was closed while we were there, but still the grounds and observation deck provide an excellent view.
