What size Moxi pads should I get?
The “Moxi size” is a truly unisex fit. They are made on a women’s last and labeled in men’s lengths. When comparing to USA sizes, you can count on a medium B/C width and a men’s length to find your size. For women’s sizing, we suggest sizing 1-1.5 sizes down from your US women’s shoe size to determine your Moxi size.

How do you clean Moxi pads?
Add a cup of white vinegar and soak your pads. Massage the pads to extract all unwanted bacteria, viruses, and mold. Swish and soak for 30 min.
How tight should skate pads be?
Skate pads need to be tightened snug but not to the point they are pinching or hurting in any way. When tightened you should not be able to move the pads up, down, left or right because if you can move them they will most likely move on you while you’re skating.
Do I need protective gear for roller skating?
Knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, and a helmet are standard. If you want to go the extra mile, you could follow the lead of roller derby players and add a mouthguard. There are even padded shorts out there to protect your tailbone!

Can you put skate pads in the washing machine?
Also, occasionally wash your pads. Throw them in the washing machine on the delicate cycle with about three-quarters of a cup of washing detergent. When the washer fills up with water, pause the cycle so the pads can soak in the soap for about 30 minutes.
