How do I get a U-Haul reservation?
Scheduling information specific to your reservation can be found by accessing your reservation online at https://www.uhaul.com/Orders/. If you do not need the equipment you have reserved please let us know by the day prior to your move date.
What happens if I miss my U-Haul reservation?
U-Haul doesn’t have late fees, but it will charge you for being late. U-Haul has a reservation guarantee but doesn’t guarantee your truck is reserved.
Can I cancel my reservation on U-Haul?
With a U-Haul move, you can modify/cancel your reservation online by logging into your U-Haul account, contacting your local U-Haul representative via phone or at your pick up location. Contacting a representative at least 24 hours prior will help avoid any penalties.
Can you pick up and drop off U-Haul at different locations?
If you have an In-Town Rental contract, this must be returned to the location you picked it up from. All One Way contracts will include a return location address, or a phone number to arrange a drop-off location.
