How do you demonstrate execution excellence?
In my experience, execution excellence can be achieved in five key disciplines:
- Setting a clear team vision. Setting a clear vision requires the owner/s to do their think work.
- Quality, regular meetings. Quality and regular are the two key words here.
- Measure what matters.
- Assemble the right team.
- Create accountability.
Which are the three keys of execution excellence?
The acronym stands for Ready, Action, Checkpoint, Evolve. In this phase, I’ve found three keys to consistent execution excellence—goals, roles, and habits. These are the what, the who, and the how of getting things done.
