The black Carol Brass lightweight case is referred to as a”backpacker” case. I suppose that is because it’s light and has handles (2 of them) and a shoulder strap. There is also an external compartment to store mutes and another for everything else. The Carol 3C mouthpiece that came with the horn was not so great.
