On average, it takes up to five business days for your transcript to post to your application from the date we receive it.
When should I submit Otcas?

Your OTCAS application must be submitted by October 1, it does not have to be verified by that date. OTCAS could take up to 4 weeks beyond October 1 to verify your application. We highly recommend applying early to avoid possible long delays in the verification process.

Sending Transcripts by Mail
- Contact the registrar at each institution you attended and request one transcript be sent to OTCAS.
- Provide the registrar with the following items: OTCAS Transcript ID Form. Ask the registrar to attach it to your official transcripts.
