‘ Almacantar bought Centre Point in 2011 for an undisclosed sum, reported to be around £120million. The firm was set up by Mr Hussey and co-founder Neil Jones in 2010 and owns luxury developments in Marble Arch, St John’s Wood and has more under construction on the Southbank.
