All have the same pressure settings, the same water tank capacity. The main difference between the Ultra and the Ultra Plus are: The colour of the unit. The Ultra Plus has a slider switch on the handle rather than a push button.
What is the difference between Nano and Ultra Waterpik?
The Ultra Plus is a bit larger than the Nano in both footprint and tank. The tank is 15 oz compared to 20-22 in a full-size waterpik but larger than the Nano. For my son that was fine.

Waterpik is a great company. Offers terrific support This is a great product other than the inability to turn on and off from the actual handle. Rather you can only do so from the base of the machine. Doesn’t really make sense and is very awkward.
