How can I get my PRTG license key?
To enter a new license key, log in to the PRTG web interface. Select Setup | License Information from the main menu bar. Click Change License Key. The Update Your License page appears where you can activate your new license.
How can I activate my PRTG license offline?
If no internet connection is available, you must activate PRTG manually:
- In the PRTG web interface, select Setup | License Information from the main menu bar.
- Click Change License Key.
- Select the activation type Manual (offline activation).
