Can you Transmog fist weapons to swords?
Fist weapons can be transmogged to 1h swords/maces/axes and vice versa in 8.1.
Can a greatsword be sheathed?
D&D style greatswords can certainly be sheathed. Spears and halberds can have sheaths to protect their blades (and protect people from their blades). Historically even the largest swords could have sheaths, but they often weren’t practical.
